Installing OwnCloud (CSV Reports and Shared File Access)

OwnCloud is used to provide access to CSV report downloads, shared files, logo uploads, and Night Audit Pack storage within roommaster.

You may need OwnCloud if you are:

• Downloading CSV reports
• Accessing shared files from roommaster
• Uploading or updating logos
• Accessing Night Audit Packs
•  

OwnCloud is a small download that creates a secure connection for report downloads and shared file access.

If you would like to download the file prior to your Support appointment, please do. Otherwise, we would be happy to assist with the download during the remote session.

Please Note:

To schedule your installation or configuration session, please send us:

• The best date and time for the appointment
• Your time zone
• The name of the person who will be available during the installation
• A direct phone number where we can reach you during the appointment

Whenever possible, please ensure the person available during the appointment has Administrator access to the computer so we can complete the installation and configuration successfully.
