Administration Options

The options on the roomMaster Payments Gateway Portal Administration Options page require special access privileges. Access to this page should be restricted to high-level users and administrators. 

The Administration page contains the following settings:

User Administration

• Manage Users:  Administrative options to add, modify, and delete users
• User Logs: Audit logs of each user’s activity

Boarding & Configuration

• Vterm Receipt Settings: Settings for printing receipts in the Virtual Terminal 
• Auto Close Options: Settings that determine when a batch will automatically close.
• User Defined Fields: Enables the creation of two user-defined fields that may be included in transaction details. 
• Branding: Changes the home page title and the brand logo that appears on each page.

Processor Information

• Credit/Gift Processor Info: Merchant-boarding information for each terminal within a merchant’s setup.

 Internal Operations

• Alerts & Messages Console: Enables the creation and viewing of internal messages.
