Here is how you can disable or delete a user profile in roomMaster Cloud:
When employees leave—whether for the season or permanently—it’s vital to delete or disable their user profiles. Keeping inactive accounts open poses serious security risks, including unauthorized access to sensitive guest or financial data. Timely removal also ensures accurate records, prevents confusion during audits, and protects your property’s system integrity. Always close accounts promptly to keep operations secure and efficient.
Go to Setup > User Profiles
- To disable a User: Double-click on the user’s profile and check the highlighted box to disable access.
- To Disable a user, highlight the user and click Change
- Within the User select Profile Disabled- Disable user from logging in.
- If/When the employee comes back you can de-select this and they will be able to log in again.
- To Delete a User Profile, highlight the user and click DELETE
