Yield Management Total Stay

Yielded rates display in the Total Stay (F11) window by highlighting all yielded days of the stay in the color of the yield profile being used. If a reservation is changed/being modified, and if the date is/was yielded, the room amounts are highlighted in gray, indicating past yielding was applied. These rates are locked and will only be changed if the dates of the stay, rate code, or room type change. The rates can also unlock if Unlock/Recalculate Rates when change in number of adults and/or children is checked on the Yield Management tab and the number of guests, adults or children, is changed on the reservation.

Capture Yielding Details

This checkbox located on the Total Stay Yielding tab is for debugging purposes, and not general use. By default, the checkbox is always off as having it on will considerably slow down the yielding calculations through-out the entire program. It is only turned on by the current thread, and it is only on after you check the box and initiate a yielding function. It is not for day to day or general use and is only used if yielding calculations do not look right and you wish to see how the calculations are being performed.
