Daily Use of WorldLink
The following items are important aspects of the day-to-day operation of the WorldLink program:
- It is imperative that the WorldLink program is running 24-hours a day. This is the configuration with roomMaster Cloud as Worldlink is hosted and always running.
- In order to better monitor your reservation activity, create User 1 and User 2 fields specific to internet reservations. This will allow you to generate reports reflecting your internet reservation activity.
- Use the "Send Inventory/Rate Information" function in Options for your inventory set-up only.
