AdriaScan (IQScan) is a software solution that utilizes high-speed document readers for scanning and extracting data from personal and travel documents.
Key Features:
- Automatically recognizes document types.
- Extracts textual data from scanned documents.
- Transfers data to RoomMaster PMS.
- IDDEX does not store personal information after processing documents.
- Supports passports, ID cards, and driver’s licenses from almost all countries worldwide.
To enable AdriaScan ID/Passport scanning interface, please contact your InnQuest Account Manager.
How it Works:
- Login to the end-user’s roomMaster.
- Add a new reservation.
A new tab is added to the reservation and is called “IQ Scan”:
- From More Options, select Scan ID/Passport:
- The scanner window will be initiated, and roomMaster will show a scanning in-progress message:
- When the scanning operation finishes, roomMaster will show a message “Saving Scan“:
- The General Information tab’s relevant fields will be automatically filled with the available scanned data:
- The IQ Scan tab will hold the complete scanned image and the full information:

Which Documents Does Your Software Read?
- AdriaScan IDDEX reads passports, identity cards (ID), and driver’s licenses (DL) from almost all countries worldwide. AdriaScan Sales team will notify you if your hotel is located in a country where AdriaScan IDDEX cannot read local documents.
