Confirmation Letter Export/Mailmerge

First, select all reservations to be included in the Confirmation Letter Export by accessing each reservation and on the Other Information tab and checking the Send in Batch checkbox. Complete this for each reservation to be exported.

From the reports menu, select the Reservations category and then Confirmation Letter Export. On the report prompt window set the parameters for the information to be exported. Check the Update as Confirmation Sent checkbox to indicate not to reprint this confirmation letter.

roomMaster will create a file called CONFEXPT.CSV in the property directory. The file will contain information for each reservation that is selected including a header row. Once the file is created, open Microsoft Word and begin your mailmerge document.
