iQ-Schedule Reports

Access the iQ-Schedule reports by clicking Print > iQ-Schedule Reports in the calendar screen. Only reports for the calendar displayed can be printed. You cannot print reports for the meeting rooms from the spa calendar.

Report Options

The report options include the Start/End Date, Person, Resource, and Event Status, but not all options are available for each report.

Start/End Date - Enter a date range for the report.

Person - Use the drop down box to only see the events associated to a specific Person(People Resource). Check the Include All option to include all the people resources.

Resource - Use the drop down box to only see the events associated to a specific Calendar Resource. Check the Include All option to include all the calendar resources.

Event Status - Use the drop down box to select just Active, just Cancelled, or all events (Active/Cancelled).

No Shows - When checked, events marked as no shows are designated on the report.

Include Notes - When checked, information on the Notes field of the event is included on the report.

Available Reports

Event Listing - This report lists all the events for the current calendar by date. The event time, guest name, event description, calendar and people resource, if used, and amount are included on the report.

Staff Appointments - This report lists staff appointments scheduled for the current calendar for the date range selected. Use the Person option to print a specific person or check Include All to print the appointments for all people resources. This works great for a manager to print out the staff schedule or a staff member to print out their currently booked appointments for a date range.

Tours and Activities - This report prints only if there are events on the calendar with Multi Person checked. A new page will print automatically for each event in the date range selected with the event name, the date and time of the event, and the person leading the tour. The guest profile name along with a breakdown of guests is also included. Use this as a attendance list for the tour.

Daily Staff Schedule - This report prints the scheduled events for a calendar resource or person for a single date or over a date range. If Include All is selected for the person field, a new page will be printed for each person. This is a great way to print each person's scheduled events for the next day or next week. Time-Off entries for a person will also be printed.

Guest History Reports with iQ-Schedule

The guest profile number field has been added to the tables in iQ-POS. Use the Embedded SQL Reports feature to create reports on what the guest purchased during previous events the guest has attended.
