As you log into the system you may get this ATTENTION Alert.
This means one of many days of the Dayend Close were not completed. Click OK to pass this alert. Once you are in the system you can see from the very bottom left of the screen what today's date is versus what the Audit Date is. The red outline is the Audit Date. In the example below the Dayend Close (Night Audit) has not been completed in several days. If your property is closed for a period of time, this could be on purpose.
In the event your property is closed the Audit Date not matching todays date is not an urgent item to fix. You just need to adjust the date of everything you do, or understand that the system thinks today is July 5th and not July 10th so everything you do will post on today, which is July 5th. Since this can get confusing in your reporting it is advised to do the Dayend Close (Night Audit) everyday.
In the event your property is open and has guests you will need to complete the Dayend Close (Night Audit) prior to starting your day.
