Finance Widgets

 

Located at the top of the dashboard, the Finance Widgets provide a quick snapshot of your property's financial health:

ADR (Average Daily Rate)

Displays the average rate charged per room. The percentage change shown (in green for positive, red for negative) compares the current rate to the average rate from the previous 7 days.

RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)

Calculates revenue based on all available rooms, not just the occupied ones. The percentage change shown (in green for positive, red for negative) compares the current RevPAR to the average RevPAR from the previous 7 days.

DLX/BAR (Room Type / Best Available Rate)

Highlights the best available rate per room type, helping you track pricing trends. The percentage change shown (in green for positive, red for negative).
