Reservations - Notes

Enter any free-form note you wish to add to the guest reservation. The notes will automatically be transferred to the guest folio at checkin.

Anything entered in the Housekeeping Note field will appear on housekeeping reports to give housekeeping staff special instructions.

Read-Only Guest Notes - These notes are passed from the GDS, such as Synxis, InnLink, WorldRes, API, etc., through WorldLink as well as through WebBook. These notes are Read-Only and cannot be modified. The notes are overwritten if the reservation is modified by the GDS. This field is used so notes made by staff are not overwritten by the remote system.
